I was introduced to Julie by way of my mother’s allocated social worker. Due to the circumstances that we were in, I was new to the world of care homes and feeling very much thrown in at the deep end in having to find a nursing home that met my mums wishes, needs and care. Julie calmly listened to me as I explained everything. With Julie’s 20+year experience, in a couple of days she had soon found a few care home options that would be suitable for mum. Julie had also already spoken to the care homes to check to see if there was a vacancy too. Once the decision was made which homes were to be explored further, Julie arranged an introductory meeting over the phone for myself and family to find out more.
